The Carbon Disclosure Project (CDP) is a global non-profit organization that runs the world’s only independent environmental disclosure system. Its aim is ensuring that companies and local authorities publish their environmental data, such as climate-damaging greenhouse gas emissions and water consumption. Once a year, the CDP collects data and information on CO2 emissions, climate risks and companies’ reduction strategies and targets on a voluntary basis using standardized questionnaires .
The RONAL GROUP has once again submitted data and has received the following scores:
B for Climate
B for Water Security
A “B” rating indicates that we are making solid progress in managing environmental impacts and integrating sustainability into our business practices. These scores reflect our efforts in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, improving energy efficiency, and adopting responsible water management practices.
ESG (Environmental Social Governance) is one of the four pillars on which our Strategy 2030 is based on. The reduction of CO2e emissions in production and in our supply chain by 50% by 2030 is one of the strategic initiatives we are taking to achieve our goals.
