WE LIKE TO INVEST,
PREFERABLY IN OUR STAFF

It is not only the customer that represents key capital at a company but also its workforce. Anyone who shares this opinion with the RONAL GROUP will likewise be willing to invest in working conditions and staff wellbeing. We believe this also comes under the heading of sustainability. We strive to be a fair employer who is aware of our responsibility and does not just focus on individual productivity, but also tries to take the human factor into account. This ranges from offering an extensive range of further training to free health checks.

Three issues have priority here:

  • Industrial safety and health
  • Further training and education
  • Social responsibility
  • Industrial safety and health

THE PEOPLE IN OUR COMPANY –
WE SIMPLY WANT TO ENSURE THEIR WELLBEING

The health and safety of our workforce is a top priority for us. This is why we continuously work on improving industrial safety and protecting health at the RONAL GROUP. At all our plants we rely on our “Zero Accidents Strategy”. And our health protection program encompasses screening, diet, job organization, ergonomic work procedures and noise control.

We strive for optimal working conditions

We do not just want to protect resources and the climate, but also offer staff optimal working conditions, so every individual can develop in line with their abilities and needs. This is expressed through our Code of Conduct, which sets out the principles of responsible governance.

Bike2RONAL worldwide – at all sites

The aim of this initiative is to motivate employees at all sites worldwide to travel to work in a way that is CO2-neutral. No matter whether they come by bike, on inline skates, on foot, in a car pool or by electric car – we ask the greatest possible number of employees or teams from all country subsidiaries and all sites to register for the scheme. The kilometers traveled by each person are recorded and the rankings of the different teams, sites and subsidiaries are then published once a month. At the end of the financial year, a prize is awarded to the team with the highest number of kilometers and to the site with the most kilometers per employee.

  • Further training and education

    WE LIKE ENCOURAGING PEOPLE –
    PREFERABLY UNEARTHING EXCITING POTENTIAL

Employees often harbor unimagined potential. Encouraging it with numerous further training courses not only benefits staff themselves, but naturally the company as well. This is why we cultivate a corporate culture in which employees are appreciated and can develop their potential – regardless of age, origin or gender. Other important factors include offering further training and ensuring the loyalty of highly qualified staff.

  • Social responsibility

    THE LIVES OF OTHERS –
    THIS CONCERNS US TOO

As employees within the RONAL GROUP, we are also keen to uphold our social responsibility. This is why the teams at all our sites are involved in various projects, taking part in campaigns and supporting initiatives targeting the socially disadvantaged.
