Wheel surfaces can be given an extraordinary design with Hot Stamping. The new technology enables a variety of designs, patterns and visual effects.
Hot Stamping technology for wheels is a process in which decorative designs are permanently applied directly to the surface of painted alloy wheels using heat and pressure. A special stamping foil is used for this, which consists of several thin layers of paint and is transferred to the wheel surface using a heated stamping die.
Hot Stamping technology can be used to create a wide range of decorations. These include, for example, metallization in different shades, flowing colour gradients, elegant real chrome looks, gloss contrasts or holographic 3D effects that create the impression of structure and movement.
