This is a flowforming tool that has been specially developed by the RONAL GROUP to achieve two concepts.
Firstly, Variable Tool can be used for unfinished castings, and for different wheel widths of up to 4 inches, dispensing with extra tools and saving on tooling times. Secondly, only one die is required for different wheels of the same dimensions but with a different-shaped rim well. This also ensures lower production volumes, as well as what is known as chaotic manufacture.
