National Future Day was held on Thursday, November 8th this year. To begin with, the young people were given a warm welcome and then treated to an exciting presentation about the RONAL GROUP.
The students were could then take a look at the occupations of a commercial employee, designer, IT member of staff and polytechnician, and immersed themselves in the different areas of responsibility within the respective jobs.
They were all able to share their many impressions and experiences over a spaghetti lunch. The concurrent course for in-house paramedics was also an immediate hit with the youngsters. They followed the correct handling of a staged incident with enthusiasm and were ultimately even allowed to participate actively. A group photo was then taken to preserve a memory of the exciting day.
The youngsters spent the afternoon at the workplace of their respective mentor, enabling them to gain an insight into their daily work. Thanks to the many helpers and mentors, the day was a complete success for everyone. We look forward to seeing whether one of the day’s participants becomes a future trainee at RONAL AG!
