We received the Certificate of Excellence “Platinum Supplier Status” from General Motors (GM) on April 13, 2021, for our RONAL Querétaro plant in Mexico in recognition of outstanding on-time shipping performance to General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales in 2020. GM congratulated the RONAL GROUP for its great commitment and for always performing beyond their expectations.
The annual Toyota TQA (Total Quality Alliance) Awards 2021 presentation was held on April 27, 2021, also via live stream due to the pandemic situation. The RONAL GROUP won its third Gold Award since the beginning of its partnership with Toyota for its aluminum wheels. The award is an annual cumulative points assessment based on factors such as engineering, development, value proposition and product delivery. The award is on display at our Mexican plant in Querétaro.
