As part of the celebration, the next steps in the project were presented: graduation of the current class of seven trainees with a focus on cast mould maintenance; the second step being graduation of a second class of fitters and yet another of maintenance technicians – we expect groups of ten trainees each. We will also include employees from our Mexican plant in San Luis Potosí in the project, benefiting from joint training as the RONAL GROUP’s “Team Mexico”.
The entire management team, the trainers and the first class of trainees as well as members of executive management all attended the inauguration. We took a tour of the facilities at the training workshop, familiarizing ourselves with all the areas intended for training.
