In May, we travelled to two universities in the region to demonstrate the opportunities for career starters at the RONAL GROUP. At the Bern University of Applied Sciences, Department of Technology and Computer Science, located in Biel, we presented our career opportunities in this area to the students of mechanical engineering and automotive engineering. Alongside two colleagues from HR, we were also joined by Michael Nünlist, our Manager Research and Improvement in the design department. We had many positive and interesting conversations!
The following day we visited the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland FHNW in Windisch. At Career Day TECHNIK there were 102 companies on hand to talk about their career opportunities. At our stand, we gave students the opportunities to join our company in the technical field with a focus on mechanical engineering. Our HR colleagues were this time assisted by Peter Achermann, one of our Wheel Engineering managers, who was on hand to answer students’ questions about the job.
On both days we held lively discussions with the students and we were pleased to have been able to promote the RONAL GROUP as an attractive employer in the region.

Two of our apprentices have proven that training with us is a good start to their professional careers: They have successfully passed their final apprenticeship examinations at our Härkingen site. We say: Congratulations and all the best for the future, Lejla and Karim!
