HEALTH AND SAFETY AS THE TOP PRIORITY
For us, it’s more than just a phrase: The health and safety of our employees is our top priority. This is why we at the RONAL Group continuously work on improving work safety and protecting the health of our employees.
At all our plants, we take targeted measures to significantly reduce the number of accidents and thus provide a safe working environment. Our health protection program also encompasses screening, diet, job organization, ergonomic work procedures, and noise control.
To ensure increased health and safety, we have set ourselves a clear goal: By 2025, all our production facilities will be certified to ISO 45001.
