Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is an integral part of sustainable value creation and one of the four pillars of our Strategy 2030, which guides us at the RONAL GROUP and determines our actions.
PLANBLUE is our path to becoming a more sustainable company:
- 2030: We have reduced our CO2e emissions from production (Scope 1 & 2) by 50% compared to the 2019/20 fiscal year.
- 2030: We have reduced our CO2e emissions from the supply chain (Scope 3) by 50% compared to the 2019/20 fiscal year.
- We plan to be a net-zero company by 2038.
Beyond these key steps, the RONAL GROUP pursues numerous qualitative sustainability goals. These include the continuous expansion of our environmental and safety portfolio, our commitment to education and employee development, and our aspiration to contribute to greater environmental protection through innovation. In addition to the company-wide goals, our local sites define their own objectives and pursue them independently.
